KONKURS
za dodjelu stipendija u školskoj 2022/23. godini
A. OPŠTI USLOVI
I
Raspisuje se konkurs, za dodjelu do 100 stipendija, u školskoj 2022/2023 godini, redovnim studentima prvog ciklusa studija sa prebivalištem na području Republike Srpske, na javnim državnim visokoškolskim ustanovama, odnosno fakultetima tehničkog i društvenog smjera i to:
- Elektrotehnički fakultet,
- Mašinski fakultet,
- Građevinski fakultet,
- Geološki fakultet,
- Fakultet za proizvodnju i menađment,
- Arhitektonski fakultet,
- Pravni fakultet i
- Ekonomski fakultet.

Uslovi za sticanje prava na dodjelu stipendije su:
- da je podnosilac zahtjeva državljanin Republike Srpske sa stalnim mjestom boravka na teritoriji Republike Srpske;

da je podnosilac prijave upisan prvi put, kao redovan student II, III ili IV godine prvog ciklusa studija na jednom od fakulteta za koje se odobrava stipendija;
-
da podnosilac prijave nije korisnik stipendije ili drugog vida materijalne pomoći odobrene od strane pravnog ili fizičkog lica;
-
da ukupna mjesečna primanja po domaćinstvu ne prelaze 1.700,00 KM (slovima: jednahiljadaisedamstotina KM).
Pravo učešća na Konkursu nemaju studenti drugog i trećeg ciklusa studija, kao ni apsolventi.
B. NAČIN KONKURISANJA

Uz obrazac zahtjeva za stipendiju svi studenti podnose opštu dokumentaciju po Konkursu, i to:
- potvrdu fakulteta da je podnosilac zahtjeva upisan prvi put kao redovan student II, III, ili IV godine studija sa prosjekom ocjena svih godina studiranja; kopija indeksa sa upisanim ocjenama;
- CIPS-ova potvrda prebivališta;
- ako jedan ili oba roditelja nisu živi izvod iz matične knjige umrlih; fotokopiju rješenja o invaliditetu (ukoliko postoji);
- potvrdu da se jedan ili oba roditelja nalaze na evidenciji nezaposlenih lica nadležnog Zavoda za zapošljavanje ili potvrda iz Poreske uprave RS da nema poreza i doprinosa na prihode i primanja;
- potvrdu o prosjeku primanja jednog ili oba roditelja za posljednja tri mjeseca pred raspisivanje Konkursa za dodjelu stipendija;
- ako je neko od roditelja penzioner, uvjerenje Fonda PIO o prosječnoj penziji za posljednja tri mjeseca pred raspisivanje Konkursa za dodjelu stipendija;
- ukoliko su roditelji razvedeni, rješenje Suda o razvodu roditelja, a ukoliko student ne prima alimentaciju i ovjerenu izjavu studenta da ne prima alimentaciju;
- ako je student u bračnoj zajednici, izvod iz matične knjige vjenčanih i potvrda o prosjeku primanja supružnika za posljednja tri mjeseca pred raspisivanje Konkursa za dodjelu stipendija, odnosno potvrda sa nadležnog Zavoda za zapošljavanje ili potvrda iz Poreske uprave RS da nema poreza i doprinosa na prihode i primanja;
- izjavu u kojoj pod punom moralnom, materijalnom i krivičnom odgovornošću izjavljuje da su sva priložena dokumenta vjerodostojna i tačna, da ne prima drugu stipendiju ili materijalnu pomoć za studiranje i da nije u radnom odnosu;
- potvrda banke o tekućem računu ili ugovor sa bankom.
Sva priložena dokumenta moraju biti u originalu ili ovjerene kopije, kao i potvrde i izjave koje moraju biti ovjerene od strane nadležnog organa.

Stipendije će se dodjeljivati na osnovu Odluke Uprave Preduzeća i utvrđenog redosljeda prvenstva od strane Komisije za dodjelu stipendija, primjenom sljedećih kriterija:
- Uspjeh u toku prethodnog školovanja;
- Materijalni položaj (prihodi i primanja zajedničkog domaćinstva);
- Djeca poginulih boraca i invalida rata i rada;
- Mjesto prebivališta.

Redovni studenti, podnosioci prijave mogu ostvariti pravo na stipendiju, ukoliko do dana zatvaranja konkursa nisu navršili 26 (dvadesetšest) godina života.
V. POSTUPAK KONKURSA I ODLUČIVANJA

Komisija za stipendije utvrđuje Prijedlog rang liste studenata i iste dostavlja Upravi Preduzeća i objavljuje ih na oglasnoj tabli i zvaničnom sajtu Preduzeća.

Prijave sa potrebnom dokumentacijom na raspisani konkurs mogu se dostaviti lično putem protokola ili poštom na adresu: Mješoviti Holding „ERS" - MP a.d. Trebinje ZP „Hidroelektrane na Trebišnjici" a.d. Trebinje, ul. Obala Luke Vukalovića br. 2, sa naznakom „Komisija za dodjelu stipendija".

Rezultati Konkursa o dodjeli stipendija biće objavljeni u roku do 45 dana, nakon zatvaranja Konkursa, na oglasnoj tabli Preduzeća kao i na internet stranici Preduzeća, www.henatrebisnjici.com.

Konkurs za dodjelu stipendija objaviće se u dnevnom listu „Glas Srpske", na oglasnoj tabli Preduzeća i na internet stranici Preduzeća, www.henatrebisnjici.com.
