Bosna i Hercegovina Na osnovu člana 1. Odluke o raspisivanju javnog konkursa za dodojelu stipendija studentima za školsku 2022/2023. godinu, br. 02-67-16/22 od 14.12.2022. godine i člana 3. Pravilnika o stipendiranju studenata prvog ciklusa studija iz budžeta opštine Han Pijesak, br.02-67-15/22 od 14.12.2022. načelnik opštine Han Pijesak raspisuje

Raspisuje se Javni konkurs za dodjelu 25 stipendija za školsku 2022/2023. godinu u mjesečnom iznosu od 100,00 KM, za studente sa prebivalištem u Han Pijesku.
Stipendije će se isplatiti za mjesece novembar i decembar 2022. godine i februar, mart, april i maj 2023. godine.

Za dodjelu stipendija iz tačke I ovog konkursa mogu konkurisati redovni studenti visokoškolskih ustanova, koji imaju prebivalište na teritoriji opštine Han Pijesak, i koji ispunjavaju sljedeće opšte uslove:
- da su državljani Republike Srpske i Bosne i Hercegovine,
- da su studenti druge ili viših godina studija na osnovnim studijama,
- da nisu obnavljali neku od prethodnih godina studija, osim u slučajevima teže bolesti, smrti hranioca porodice i sl.
- da ne primaju stipendiju iz drugih javnih izvora stipendiranja,
- da nisu apsolventi,
- da nisu stariji od 27 godina života,

- uspjeh u prethodnim studijskim godinama,
- upisana godina studija,
- socijalni status porodice i
- mjesečna primanja po članu domaćinstva.

Uz zahtjev za dodjelu stipendije studenti su dužni priložiti sljedeću potrebnu dokumentaciju:
- potvrdu o statusu redovnog studenta određene godine studija,
- ocjene iz prethodnih godina studija, sa izvedenom prosječnom vriJednosti ocjena, postignutih tokom studiranja,
- fotokopiju indeksa-prva strana,
- fotokopiju lične karte,
- fotokopiju tekućeg računa,
- izjavu da nisu korisnici stipendije drugih subjekata
- izjavu o zajedničkom domaćinstvu (kućna lista),

dokaze o primanjima za svakog člana domaćinstva:
1. dokazi o visini dohotka
2. uvjerenja o iznosu penzija,
3. potvrde Biroa za zapošljavanje za nezaposlene članove domaćinstva,
4. ostale dokaze o primanjima ( socijalna pomoć, invalidnine i druga nepomenuta primanja).
- izvod iz matične knjige umrlih (dj eca bez jednog ili oba roditelja),
- uvjerenje da su članovi porodice poginulog borca (djeca poginulih boraca),
- uvjerenje o invalidnosti (djeca čiji je roditelj invalid),
- uvjerenje da su korisnici socijalne pomoći (ukoliko su korisnici socijalne pomoći),
- uvjerenje o hendikepu osobe, koja se prijavljuje na konkurs.
