Bosna i Hercegovina Komisija za dodjelu stipendija općine Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje, raspisuje
KONKURS
za dodjelu stipendija redovnim studentima
u akademskoj 2022/2023 godini
1. Pravo prijave na javni konkurs za dodjelu stipendije imaju redovni studenti koji ispunjavaju slijedeće uslove
- da su državljani BiH,
- da imaju prebivalište na području općine Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje,
- da su u statusu redovnog studenta,
- da nisu u statusu apsolventa,
- da ne primaju stipendiju od drugog davaoca,
- da su roditelji/staratelji studenta nosioci domaćinstva odnosno vlasnici obrta, trgovine, ugostiteljske radnje ili poduzeća izmirili obaveze prema JKP“ Radovina“,JKP „Vodovod i kanalizacija“ i općini Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje.
2. Za akademsku 2022/2023 godinu dodjeljuje se 100 stipendija po godinama i to :
- za prvu godinu ……………………………………………………………………… 15

- za četvrtu, petu i šestu godinu (uključuje i drugi ciklus)………………… 45
3. Stipendiju će dobiti učenici generacije bez konkurencije ukoliko ispunjavaju uslove konkursa.
4. Stipendije za akademsku godinu iznosi 1.200,00 KM i isplatit će se u najviše četiri rate.
5. Stipendija se ne može dodijeliti za dva ili više studenata jedne porodice.
6. Za konkurs je potrebno priložiti (original ili ovjerena kopija):
-
za studente I godine svjedodžbu završnog (IV) razreda srednje škole,
-
za studente ostalih godina uvjerenje o prosjeku ocjena iz prethodne godine studija,
-
uvjerenje o prihodima članova domaćinstva (potvrda o plaći, ček od penzije, invalidninaiz oblasti BIZ,egzistencijalna naknada, stalna socijalna pomoć itd.),
-
uvjerenje od Službe za zapošljavanje biro Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje za nezaposlene članovedomaćinstva,
-
uvjerenje od PIO/MIO za nezaposlene članove domaćinstva koji se ne vode na evidencijiSlužbe za zapošljavanje,
-
potvrda od škole za članove domaćinstva koji su učenici srednje škole,
-
kućnu listu,
-
uvjerenje o mjestu prebivališta ne starije od 30 dana,
-
uvjerenje u kojem se vidi da je student u akademskoj 2022/2023 godini prvi put upisaogodinu studija za koju konkuriše,
-
uvjerenje o statusu djeteta bez jednog ili oba roditelja (izvod iz Matične knjige umrlih),
-
potvrdu da je roditelj poginuo kao pripadnik OS BiH (AR BiH, HVO, Policija),
-
dokaz od obrazovne ustanove za svakog člana domaćinstva koji se nalazi na studiranju,
-
izjavu da podnosilac prijave ne prima stipendiju od nekog drugog organa iliinstitucije ovjerenu od nadležnog organa (općina, notar),
-
uvjerenje da je student iz porodice boračke populacije, CZ ili porodice logoraša,
-
rješenje o invaliditetu (70% i više) studenta-kandidata
-
kopija lične karte CIPS (obje strane),
-
dokaz da je učenik generacije,
-
potvrdu o izmirenim obavezama prema JKP “Radovina“ Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje ili potvrduda nije obaveznik prema JKP „Radovina“,
-
potvrdu o izmirenim obavezama prema JKP „Vodovod i Kanalizacija“ GornjiVakuf- Uskoplje ili potvrdu da nije obaveznik prema JKP „Vodovod i Kanalizacija“,
-
potvrdu o plaćenoj komunalnoj naknadi općini Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje ili potvrdu da nijeobaveznik plaćanja komunalne naknade (Služba za lokalni razvoj i stambenokomunalne poslove),
