Bosna i Hercegovina - Studenti Elektrotehničkog fakulteta Univerziteta u Banjoj Luci koji su upisali II godinu studija na studijskom programu Elektronika i telekomunikacije;
- Studenti Elektrotehničkog fakulteta Univerziteta u Banjoj Luci koji su upisali III, IV godinu studija ili apsolventski staž na prvom ciklusu studija studijskog programa Elektronika i telekomunikacije – smjer telekomunikacije;
- Studenti Elektrotehničkog fakulteta Univerziteta u Banjoj Luci koji su upisali III, IV godinu studija ili apsolventski staž na prvom ciklusu studija studijskih programa Računarstvo i informatika i Elektronika i telekomunikacije – smjer elektronika;
- Studenti Elektrotehničkog fakulteta Univerziteta u Istočnom Sarajevu koji su upisali III, IV godinu studija ili apsolventski staž na prvom ciklusu studija studijskih programa Računarstvo i informatika i Automatika i elektronika;
- Studenti Fakulteta elektrotehnike Univerziteta u Tuzli koji su upisali III, IV godinu studija ili apsolventski staž na prvom ciklusu studija studijskih programa Računarstvo i informatika i Telekomunikacije i informacione tehnologije;

Studenti Prirodno-matematičkog fakulteta Univerziteta u Banjoj Luci koji su upisali III, IV godinu studija ili apsolventski staž na prvom ciklusu studija studijskog programa Matematika i informatika – Opšti smjer i Informatički smjer.

- 4 (četiri) stipendije za studente iz tačke I podtačka 1) i 2) ovog konkursa,
- 7 (sedam) stipendija za studente iz tačke I podtačka 3), 4) i 5) ovog konkursa,
- 4 (četiri) stipendije za studente iz tačke I podtačka 6) ovog konkursa.

- da su redovni studenti prvog ciklusa studija na univerzitetima iz tačke I ovog konkursa i apsolventi kojima nije istekao apsolventski staž;
- da nisu stariji od 26 godina;
- da nisu i da neće biti korisnici studentske stipendije koja ih obavezuje na zaposlenje po završetku stipendiranja;
- da su upisali studijski program iz naučne oblasti iz tačke I o vog konkursa.

- prosjek ocjena studenata u toku studija, pri čemu prednost imaju studenti sa višom prosječnom ocjenom;
- broj obnovljenih godina studija, pri čemu prednost imaju studenti koji nisu obnavljali godinu ili imaju manji broj obnovljenih godina.

- izvod iz matične knjige rođenih;
- uvjerenje o državljanstvu;
- potvrdu o mjestu prebivališta;
- potvrdu o upisanoj godini studija, studijskom programu/usmjerenju i prosjeku ocjena u toku studija;
- potvrdu sa fakulteta o broju obnovljenih godina (uvjerenje o s tatusu studenta);
- izjavu studenta kojom potvrđuju da nisu i da neće biti korisnici studentske stipendije koja ih obavezuje na zaposlenje po završetku stipend iranja.
Dokazi o ispunjavanju uslova navedenih u prethodnom stavu ove tačke mogu biti kopije originala, a dokazi o ispunjavanju uslova navedeni pod rednim brojem 2), 3), 4) i 5) ne smiju biti stariji od tri mjeseca. Kandidati koji budu izabrani za dodjelu stipendija naknadno će biti dužni da dostave originalne ili ovjerene kopije potrebnih dokumenata.
Dostavljeni dokumenti i informacije navedene u prijavi za dodjelu stipendija će se koristiti isključivo u svrhu rangiranja prijavljenih studenata i za izradu ugovora o stipendiranju.

Zaključivanjem ugovora o stipendiranju student se obavezuje:
- da će završiti školovanje u redovnom roku (do isteka apsolventskog staža koji traje najduže do 12 mjeseci);

da će se nakon završetka prvog ciklusa studija staviti na raspolaganje kompanij Mtel i zaključiti ugovor o radu, ukoliko Mtel studentu, kao korisniku stipendije, ponudi zaključivanje ugovora o radu.

Ukoliko studenti iz tačke I podtačka 1) ovog konkursa u redovnom roku upišu III godinu studija na smjeru telekomunikacije, aneksom ugovora o stipendiranju će se iznos stipendija izjednačiti sa studentima iz tačke I podtačka 2) ovog konkursa.

Rok za podnošenje prijava je 30 dana od dana objavljivanja Konkursa.
Prijave se mogu dostaviti lično na protokol kompanije ili preporučenom poštom na adresu: “Mtel“, a.d. Banja Luka, ul. Vuka Karadžića broj 2, 78000 Banja Luka, n/r predsjednika Komisije za izbor i rangiranje studenata za dodjelu stipendija, i sa naznakom NE OTVARATI.
