Na osnovu člana 14. Pravilnika o stipendiranju studenata iz budžeta grada Zvornik, („Službeni glasnik Grada Zvornik", broj 14/22), raspisuje se


K O N K U R S
ZA DODJELU STIPENDIJA STUDENTIMA
U ŠKOLSKOJ 2022/23. GODINI

I

Grad Zvornik raspisuje Konkurs za dodjelu stipendija redovnim studentima za školsku 2022/23. godinu. 
Sredstva za stipendije su obezbeđuju u budžetu Grada Zvornik za 2023. godinu.

A. OPŠTI  USLOVI

Na Konkurs se mogu prijaviti redovni studenti fakulteta, visokih i viših škola koji ispunjavaju sljedeće opšte uslove:

  1. Da imaju stalno mjesto prebivališta na teritoriji Grada Zvornik,
  2. Da studiraju na fakultetima u Republici Srpskoj, Federaciji BiH ili Republici Srbiji.

Stipendija se ne može dodijeliti studentu:

  1. Koji je gubio jednu od prethodnih godina studija   
  2. Koji je korisnik stipendije od strane drugog davaoca
  3. Koji ima prosjek ocjena manji od 7,50, osim za studente iz člana 5. stav 4. i 5. i člana 13 stava 2.
  4. Prve godine studija, osim „nosiocima Vukove diplome“
  5. Koji je apsolvent
  6. Koji je stariji od 26 godina
  7. Koji ne dostavi kompletnu dokumentaciju utvrđenu Konkursom
  8. Na listi „Slabo materijalno stanje“:
    - za više od jednog studenta iz istog porodičnog domaćinstva,
    - čiji ukupni mjesečni prihodi po članu porodice prelaze 400 KM,
    - čiji je roditelj vlasnik ili suvlasnik kapitala u privrednom društvu.

Studenti koji su u prethodnoj školskoj godini bili stipendisti Grada Zvornik, da bi stekli pravo na stipendiju u školskoj 2022/23, potrebno je da ponovo konkurišu i podnesu svu potrebnu dokumentaciju po ovom Konkursu.

Studenti koji konkurišu za stipendiju svrstavaju se u jednu od  sedam kategorija - rang lista:
  1. Studenti sa prosjekom ocjena većim od 8,50
  2. Studenti prve godine nosioci „Vukove diplome“ iz srednje škole
  3. Studenti slabog materijalnog stanja
  4. Studenti djeca  iz kategorije ratnih vojnih invalida 1-4. kategorije i CŽR
  5. Studenti bez oba roditelja i studenti sa smetnjama u razvoju
  6. Studenti iz višečlanih porodica (toje i više djece)
  7. Studenti master studija sa prosjekom ocjena većim od 9,00

 Pod uslovom da ispunjavaju sve uslove Konkursa, bez obzira na broj podnesenih prijava po Konkursu, stipendije će se dodjeliti: 
  • Svim studentima sa prosjekom ocjena većim od 8,50, 
  • Svim studentima prve godine studija, koji su nosioci „Vukove diplome“ iz srednje škole, 
  • Svim studentima bez oba roditelja i studentima sa smetnjama u razvoju,
  • Za 10 najbolje rangiranih studenata master studija sa prosjekom ocjena većim od 9,00.
Visina stipendije za studente iz prethodnog stava iznosi 1.000,00 KM godišnje.

Visina stipendije i broj rata za ostale tri kategorije: 
  • studenti slabog materijalnog stanja,
  • studenti iz višečlanih porodica (toje i više djece),
  • studenti djeca porodica poginulih boraca i ratnih vojnih invalida 1-4. kategorije.
Gradonačelnik na osnovu rang liste i prijedloga Komisije za stipendije, utvrđuje visinu stipendije, zavisno od broja prispjelih prijava na Konkurs i raspoloživih sredstava za stipendiranje.
 
Gradonačelnik, svojom odlukom može dodjeliti 10 stipendija maksimalnog iznosa do 1.000,00 konvertibilnih maraka studentima kojima nije dodjeljena stipendija, nisu učestvovali na konkursu ili nisu ispunili određene uslove Konkursa.

B. NAČIN KONKURISANJA

Kandidat za dodjelu stipendije podnosi pismeni zahtjev na propisanom obrascu (koji je dostupan na šalteru i zvaničnom sajtu Gradske uprave) i može konkurisati samo na jednu od utvrđenih kategorija.

Uz  obrazac zahtjeva za stipendiju svi studenti podnose opštu dokumentaciju po Konkursu, i to:
  • potvrdu o statusu redovnog studenta određene godine studija, 
  • fotokopija indeksa,
  • fotokopiju lične karte ili uvjerenja o prebivalištu,
  • ovjerenu izjavu da nije korisnik stipendije od drugog davaoca,
  • fotokopiju „kartice tekućeg računa“ poslovne banke u Zvorniku.  
Obrazac izjave da student nije korisnik stipendije od drugog davaoca ili da mu roditelj nije vlasnik kapitala u privrednom društvu, može se preuzeti na šalteru ili zvaničnom sajtu Gradske uprave.

U slučaju davanja netačnih i nepotpunih podataka stipendista snosi krivičnu i materijalnu odgovornost, zbog čega se davanja po osnovu stipendije obustavljaju.
Komisija zadržava pravo da provjeri vjerodostojnost podataka datih u konkursnoj proceduri.

Rezultati Konkursa o dodjeli stipendija biće objavljeni u roku do 60 dana, nakon zatvaranja Konkursa, na oglasnoj tabli Graske uprave Zvornik i na Internet stranici Gradske uprave.

Ovaj Konkurs biće objavljen na na oglasnoj tabli Gradske uprave, zvaničnoj internet stranici Gradske uprave, lokalnom radiju i svim Mjesnim kancelarijama Gradske uprave grada Zvornik.
Konkurs ostaje otvoren od 25.11.2022. godine, zaključno sa  26.12.2022. godine.
